The Votes are in.....

and you have voted LeBron James as the NBA player you would most like to start an NBA franchise with. A small turnout for voting standards, but it was nearly unanimous. LeBron received 11 of the 12 votes, with Kobe Bryant getting the other lone vote. If you missed our interesting fact of the day, scroll down and check it out, it is about both of these players.

King James was a first time MVP of the league this season and is currently leading his Cavs to dominating performance after dominating performance in the NBA finals. They will play the Orlando Magic in the Eastern Conference finals. At just 24 years of age Lebron has already done the following:

3× Ohio Mr. Basketball (2001–2003)
2003 Naismith Prep Player of the Year
2004 NBA Rookie of the Year
2004 Best Breakthrough Athlete ESPY Award
2004 NBA All-Rookie Team
All-NBA First Team (2006, 2008, 2009)
All-NBA Second Team (2005, 2007)
NBA All-Star (2005–2009)
NBA All-Star Game MVP (2006, 2008)
NBA All-Defensive First Team (2009)
2008 NBA Scoring Champion
2009 NBA Most Valuable Player Award

You have spoke and I have listened. I too would choose him to start my NBA franchise. Well done America.
